Manatee County
Surveying in Manatee County
ATHCA Surveying covers Manatee County from the river cities to the barrier islands, including Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and the Anna Maria Island communities of Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach. Boundary, topographic, and FEMA elevation work for homes, waterfront lots, and commercial sites.
Sarasota County
Surveying in Sarasota County
ATHCA Surveying covers all of Sarasota County, from the city of Sarasota south through Osprey and Nokomis to Venice and North Port. Boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, and construction staking for residential and commercial property.

Surveying across the rest of Florida
Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte are the home counties, where crews run daily and the county contacts are already in place. They are not the limit of where we work. ATHCA has completed projects in all 67 Florida counties, and a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license carries the same weight in Escambia as it does in Sarasota.
If your property or project sits outside the home region, the work is quoted the same way and held to the same standard. Distance changes the schedule, not the deliverable.

One mobilization, not three
Out of region projects are planned so the field trip happens once. We collect everything the project needs on that visit, including anything a second phase would normally require.
Recorded where the property sits
Plats, certifications and sealed deliverables are handled with the county where the land is, under that county's requirements, not ours.
Large sites use aerial
For corridors, acreage and remote parcels, aerial and LiDAR capture covers ground that would take days to walk, which is what makes statewide work practical.
