What we do
Surveying, mapping & geospatial services
Thirty-two surveying, mapping and geospatial services, delivered on projects of any size across all 67 Florida counties. Multi-parcel commercial developments, municipal right-of-way corridors, marina and waterfront infrastructure, subdivision platting from raw land to recorded plat. Every project runs under a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper with 22 years in the field, using aerial, terrestrial and hydrographic methods together where the job calls for it.
Aerial surveying
High-altitude mapping and photogrammetry using current UAV and sensor technology, for fast, large-scale data over sites that are hard or slow to walk.
Topographic Surveys
Site elevations and features mapped from the air for design-ready surfaces.

Work you can build on
Licensed oversight
Every survey is performed and sealed under Russell S. Strayer, a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper, License No. 6890.
Current instrumentation
UAV, LiDAR, robotic total stations, and GNSS positioning, matched to the accuracy your project needs.
Clear deliverables
Signed and sealed drawings, certificates, and digital data formatted for your designer, lender, or municipality.
Choosing the right survey
Most projects come down to one of four questions. Where are my lines: a boundary survey. What does the ground look like: a topographic survey. What does the lender need: an ALTA/NSPS survey. Where does the design go in the field: construction staking. Aerial and hydrographic methods extend the same work to large parcels and to land under water.
If you are not sure which one fits, describe the project and we will tell you what it needs. One firm handles the fieldwork, the mapping, and the sealed drawing, so nothing is lost between vendors.
