Surveys that pair well

join

Boundary + Topographic

Buying land you plan to build on? Both surveys can share one field visit, which usually costs less than ordering them months apart.

Topographic, then Staking

The topographic survey feeds your engineer’s design, and construction staking puts that design on the ground once permits clear. Same firm, no data handoff problems.

Questions

Before you ask

What if the guide points me at the wrong survey?

Nothing bad happens. Every quote request gets reviewed by a licensed surveyor before we price it, and if your project needs something different we tell you before any work starts.

Do I pay anything for the recommendation?

No. The guide is free, the calculator is free, and telling you what your project needs over the phone is free. You pay for survey work, not for answers.

Can two surveys be combined into one visit?

Often, yes. A boundary and topographic survey of the same property can share a field visit, and buyers in flood zones frequently add an elevation certificate to a boundary survey. Bundling usually costs less than ordering separately.

How fast do I get an exact price?

Send the property address or parcel ID through the quote form and we usually price it the same day.

Still not sure? That is fine.

Describe your project and a licensed Florida PSM tells you exactly what it needs. The answer is free either way.
