Florida surveying
Boundary surveys in Florida
Establish exactly where your property lines and corners are.
Most boundary problems start the same way. A fence, a shed, or a neighbor’s improvement has sat in roughly the same spot for years, and nobody knows where the real line is until a sale, a permit, or a dispute forces the question.
What is a boundary survey?
A boundary survey identifies the legal limits of a parcel. ATHCA researches the deed and plat record, measures on site, and marks corners so you can place fences and structures correctly, resolve line questions, and support permits and closings.

Boundary surveys across Southwest Florida
ATHCA’s boundary survey work is signed and sealed by a licensed Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper, serving Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties as our home region and available statewide across Florida.
In Southwest Florida that question comes up two ways. Older platted neighborhoods in Sarasota, Bradenton, and Punta Gorda have fences and additions that drifted off the original lines over decades, and waterfront and canal lots are tight enough that a few inches against a seawall or a neighbor matters. ATHCA reconciles the deed, the plat, and the evidence on the ground for both.
